Our design process brings our clients into our extended family.
Above All Masonry is a family-owned Long Island landscape design firm and we treat our clients like family. From our first introduction to the final handshake upon completion, our process includes collaboration and lots of communication.
Get a glimpse of our process by checking out this five-day backyard makeover below, and learn more about what to expect while working with Above All Masonry.
- Step 1 -
Landscape Design Planning & Consultation
Before we break ground, we'll meet at your home to discuss the current state of your property, what you have in mind, and any challenges that we'll need to overcome to make your landscape design dreams come true! Upon request, we can even provide 3-D designs and video walkthroughs of your project so you will have an excellent idea of what the finished product will look like.
- Step 2 -
Landscape Design Financing
If you have yet to arrange financing for your landscape design project, we offer financing through Synchrony Bank (formerly GE Capital).
- Step 3 -
Selecting and Purchasing Materials
As a longtime Long Island landscape design firm, we have established relationships with masonry suppliers and manufacturers to ensure our clients receive the best products and prices. If you have the perfect pavingstone or outdoor lighting fixture in mind, we can help you procure it—and if you aren't sure what you want yet, we have a large library of projects and materials available for inspiration.
- Step 4 -
Communication & Owner Presence
During the construction process, Above All Masonry owner Stephen Bono will be present on all job sites. Every time you contact us, you'll be speaking with Stephen or his wife and co-owner Lis. We are supported by a fantastic team, but we handle communication personally to ensure your needs are being met and your expectations exceeded at all times.
- Step 5 -
The Final Product
When we are finished with our landscape design project, your new outdoor living space will be ready and waiting for you to enjoy: we never leave any evidence of our construction behind!
